Meet The Adorable New Baby Clydesdale Of The Budweiser Family

Just before dawn, on Warm Springs Ranch, which is home to all 160 Budweiser Clydesdales, welcomed their newest, smallest member into the world.  A precious little the brand-spanking new baby foal, named Mac.

“Mac’s name is a nod to the iconic legacy of the Budweiser Clydesdales, the most macro of all icons, representing Budweiser’s quality for more than 80 years,”

said Anheuser-Busch in a statement.

The cofounders of the company, August A. Busch Jr. and Adolphus Busch, gave their father the first Clydesdale horses as a celebratory gift when Prohibition ended.

Ever since then, the horses have been the main stars in beer ads and in those heartwarming Super Bowl commercials that we all know and love.

The Clydesdales live in St. Louis, MO., but often travel the U.S. in various “teams” during the promotional tours.
