When Bear Taliferro Jr. finished working his second shift of the day, he stopped by Wal-Mart to pick up dinner. While in line checking out, he heard a woman crying in the next aisle.
In a Facebook post, Taliferro Jr. wrote, “Her daughter asked her what’s wrong and she said we can’t afford to eat tonight. A person behind her gave her a couple dollars and she bought her daughter a Kids Cuisine tv dinner. I told her to grab what she wants, I’ll pay for it.” And he did. He took a selfie at the store with his new friends shopping in the background.
Taliferro Jr. said on Facebook that he was actually fortunate to be in the right place at the right time. “I NEVER stop at this Wal-Mart,” he wrote. “I’m not posting this for likes, I’m simply saying GOD puts you where he needs you to be WHEN he needs you to be there.”
