She Mixes Potato Chips With Melted Marshmallows. It Seems Weird, But It Makes An Awesome Treat.

These are salty/sweet gooey and delicious! The potato chips keep their crunch the first day and soften a bit after that. I think a neat alternative would be to combine rice krispies cereal and potato chips in this. 

Ingredients:
40 marshmallows
3 tbsp butter
6 cups Ruffles Potato Chips
Melted chocolate or candy melts for dipping

Melt marshmallows and butter in a large microwave safe bowl in the microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes until marshmallows are puffy and melted.
Stir until smooth and add potato chips, stirring gently until coated.
Press into a greased 8×10″ baking dish.
Allow to set, cut into bars, dip into chocolate or drizzle with chocolate if desired.
