Unfortunately, each Pokémon may only earn a maximum of 50 PokéCoins every day. You’ll only be paid for the first 21 hours of every 24-hour holding period your Pokémon manages to achieve.

Once your Pokémon have been expelled from the gym, you may collect the PokéCoins you’ve earned. To get a lot of cash in a short period of time, you’ll need to keep a close eye on the Pokémon you’ve left in the gym and make sure they haven’t been defeated.
