And Stacey Solomon took a stand against airbrushing on Tuesday, as she shared a completely natural and unedited photo of herself in her bikini.
Posing for Celebrity Secrets, an independent magazine distributed via the bumper pack of OK!/new!/Star, the 28-year-old proudly bared her natural figure to all – in a bid to change the perception of what ‘pretty’ is.

Stacey stripped to nothing but a vibrant lime bikini as she posed in a jacuzzi at Hatfield Heath’s Down Hall Hotel & Spa.
However, in a more powerful statement, the blonde shared a heavily airbrushed version of the same shot beside it – which displayed a more toned stomach and waist.
She also modelled with her back to the camera, to demonstrate how many details can be changed during photo shoots, before posing in a black crop top and briefs – with words such as ‘confident’, ‘happy’ and ‘beautiful’ written all over her body.

Speaking to the magazine, the former X Factor star revealed she aims to encourage young women to embrace their natural bodies with the shoot, and urged them not to believe everything they see on social media.
She said: ‘Children are robbed of their childhood because they’re under pressure to look a certain way.
‘Even if you ask 100 teenagers if they think a picture has been edited, and they all say ‘yes’, they’ll still want to look like that – as that’s what they think ‘pretty’ is.’ And that’s what we’ve got to eradicate.’

Proving to be very comfortable after two years of romance, Stacey recently revealed the actor always has her back – even in the most embarrassing situations.
Admitting she finds the trait very ‘sexy’, the blonde recalled to Now! magazine in her usually striking fashion: ‘When I visited him in Australia I brought his mum with me.
‘We were all sitting in the front room and his mum came out of his bathroom and was like, ‘OMG Joe, I can’t believe you’ve done a poo and left it floating on the top!’, and I was thinking, ‘S**t that must be my poo and it didn’t flush”.
‘I didn’t want to say anything because she’d already blamed Joe, and instead of denying it he just went, ‘Sorry about that Mum’ and took the rap for me while she laid into him for about 20 minutes!’

While she has openly expressed her desire to marry and have children with Joe, Stacey admitted she the pair are in no rush.
She told MailOnline last year: ‘I am in love with Joe, however, he wants to propose is absolutely fine, but I am in no hurry.
‘I want it to be perfect, I want it to be special, I want the kids to be really happy and a big part of it and I think that’s what we’re both waiting for.’
