Sahar Tabar, 22, from Tehran, Iran, is an Angelina Jolie super-fan. Sahar’s Instagram account is filled with snaps that show her with Angelina-esque razor-sharp cheekbones and famously plump pout, albeit much more extreme versions.
The Belgian media reported that Sahar has undergone 50 procedures to look like Jolie. However, her fans claim she creates the incredible looks just by using makeup and clever prosthetics.
Her feedback from her 318,000 Instagram followers is not all positive, with some likening her to a ‘zombie’ or a ‘corpse’.

Sahar said her goal in life is to”look like the Hollywood actress” and has reportedly lost 40kg. She has also undergone dozens of procedures in the space of just a few months to look like Angelina.
She shares her numerous selfies on social media. Sahar’s followers have said she looks like a ‘zombie’ and said her pictures make them ‘feel sick’.
She is said to be a huge fan of Angelina Jolie and is doing everything she can to emulate her looks

Her fans believe the social media star has created her distinctive look with the help of prosthetics and make-up. Her nose and cheekbones appear to be in different locations in several photos, while her lips also appear to be different sizes in several pictures.
She can be seen without her unique nose and cheekbones, in one video, though this may be a clip taken before her transformation
In the space of just a few months Sahar appears to have completely transformed her appearance, but some claim it is just make-up and prosthetics
She is also said to have dropped 40kg at the same time as getting her surgeries done
