We’ve been hearing baby rumors for weeks now, and it looks like they’re true. ‘You’ star, 33-year-old Penn Badgley has become a father after welcoming his first child with his wife Domino Kirke. Kirke, 36 has revealed that she had her baby more than a month ago. The singer low-key confirmed the news by including the postpartum countdown hashtag in an Instagram photo that features abstract heart painting.
The couple’s love story began in 2014. The couple’s marriage was celebrated with a civil ceremony in February 2017, surrounded by family and friends. The couple hosted a large reception in upstate New York later that year where celebrities from Debra Messing to Zac Posen attended.
Kirke’s pregnancy was first announced this year when she posted a photo of her baby bump and wrote on Instagram, “On the road again. Pregnancy after loss is a whole other thing. After two miscarriages in a row, we were ready to call it. I stopped trusting my body and started to accept the fact that I was done. As a birth attendant, I’ve seen and heard it all. It takes everything I’ve got to detach lovingly from the losses I’ve been present for and be in my own experience.”
